How to simulate a cloverleaf access

At highway entrances and exits, it is common for vehicles to make a 270° turn, cross a bridge, and then cross back over to their original lane. You can simulate such a cloverleaf loop in HeavyGoods as follows:

  1. Place the loaded vehicle on the aerial image.

  1. Click a loop-shaped guideline.

If you want the vehicle to drive using forced steering, click directly on Simulate. The vehicle will follow the guide line in a 270° loop.

  1. If you would like to simulate using manual steering instead, switch from forced steering to manual steering. Then create the green, drivable area:

  1. Then mark the inner surface as a red area (depending on the situation, either as a solid restricted area or as a dashed area that can be swept over by the load):

  1. Then click on Simulate.

That's it!
