Freely rotating tower adapter
To create the vehicle combination for transporting a freely rotating tower adapter, you need two vehicles with turntable couplings. The example shows a combination of truck, dolly with turntable and trailer with turntable:
The turntable is added in the vehicle configuration under 'Coupling':
The adapters for the tower segment appear automatically if an appropriately large 'Load Support Distance' is selected when assembling the vehicle combination. You can also change the position of the tower segment and, for example, move it down between the dolly and the follower:
If you want to use your own adapters instead of the automatically displayed tower adapters, you can create the tower segment incl. adapter as a load in HeavyGoods, e.g. like this:

Rigid tower adapter
If you want to simulate a rigid tower adapter, model the tower adapters as part of the load as well:
Then simply place the tower segment on a semitrailer:
