To add a cargo, click on Management - Cargos - Add cargo. You then have two options:
1. Create a custom cargo
Click one of the top 3 options to create an individual cargo:
The quickest way, is to create a cuboid cargo. You only need to specify the dimensions (width, height and length) and are ready to use this cargo for simulation vehicle maneuvers.
You can also upload a sideview and topview of your cargo, so that it looks realistic.

2. Use a cargo from the HeavyGoods cargo library
HeavyGoods comes with a library of example cargos, including construction equipment such as bulldozer, crawler excavator and wheel loader and other special cargos such as windmill blade, transformer or container.
Scroll down to see these cargos:
Click on the desired cargo and it will be copied to your list of cargos. You can either use it directly or tune it to your needs (e.g. change dimensions or weight).
Use the cargo
To use the cargo, load it onto your vehicle combination.
