HeavyGoods can simulate swept paths on Google Maps out of the box (see Simulate swept paths) and also supports CAD files.
Alternatively, you can also
upload your own drone images,
upload a PDF file with a site plan or
use imagery of any other map provider, such as:

Legal notice: You have to make sure, that the according map provider allows to export and use their aerial images for your specific usecase.
How to use your aerial image in HeavyGoods
Option A: Directly upload a georeferenced GeoTIFF. For details see: Georeferenced drone images and 3D landscapes
Option B: Export your drone image or map section from the external map provider to PNG or JPG.
Option C: Use a sniping tool to take a screenshot of the according map section.
For options B and C:
Make sure that the exported image contains a graphical scale so that you can scale the image in HeavyGoods.
Upload the image to your route section in HeavyGoods, using the button below the CAD upload button.
Scale the image using the HeavyGoods scaling tool.
Save time: Use the clipboard
You can also use your sniping tool to copy the screenshot of the map section to the clipboard.
Then at HeavyGoods simply press Ctrl + V (Mac: CMD + V) to paste the screenshot directly into your route section.
Use LIDAR and 3D laser scan data
You can use your LIDAR and 3D laser scan data in HeavyGoods for simulating transports.
To do so, you need to export these data into plain 2D ortho images, e.g. PNG or JPG files, and import them to HeavyGoods as described above.
Use appropritate tools to include spatial data or height data from the digital elevation model (DEM / DSM) as colorcoded information into the exported 2D images.
